MID-FACELIFT WITH THE ENDOTINE MIDFACE™ DEVICE

For patients who do not require a full facelift, but have begun to notice drooping of the cheeks and mid-face, Dr. Barttelbort offers a mid-facelift using the Endotine Midface™ device. With this device, Dr. Barttelbort can inconspicuously complete the lift procedure and ensure secure results. Unlike a traditional facelift surgery, there are two small incisions hidden behind the hairline and two in the mouth with no incisions placed in front of the ear. Dr. Barttelbort glides the device through the incision and down along the side of the face until he reaches the cheek. He then secures the sagging midface to the small projections at the end of the device and then gently lifts the mid-face area back to its youthful position. When the procedure is complete, Dr. Barttelbort closes the incisions leaving the Endotine Midface™ device intact to hold the tissue in place as it heals. As healing occurs, the device dissolves and is metabolized by the body. Results achieved with the Endotine Midface™ device are impressive; patients emerge from the procedure looking years younger without extensive surgery.

FAT TRANSFER/ FAT GRAFTING TO FACE

Fat transfer (also known fat grafting) is a procedure where fat is harvested from areas of your body with excess fatty tissue and is then transferred to regions that lack volume. Dr. Barttelbort removes the fat via power assisted liposuction then filters the fat with the Puregraft fat grafting technique preserving the regenerative cells to transfer. This purified fat can help contour many parts of the face including the cheeks, brow, temples and jawline. The additional volume results in a more youthful and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
