Donna Eldredge, BSN, RN
Nurse Injector, Licensed Esthetician
Donna joined Dr. Barttelbort’s team in 2008. In addition to her role as nurse injector she is also a licensed esthetician. After graduating from esthetician school in 2004, she began her career as a medical esthetician working in a dermatology office where she was certified in esthetic laser treatments and assisted the physician in Botox® and dermal filler treatments. Upon returning to Southern California, she achieved her degree in nursing and graduated from San Diego State University Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Donna is a certified nurse injector for facial injectables, and has worked under the close supervision of Dr. Barttelbort in developing and cultivating her knowledge and skills as a registered nurse. She loves helping patients through their surgical and non-surgical journeys and is very proud to be a part of Dr. B’s healing team.
Tanya Mares
Patient Coordinator
Tanya began working with Dr. Scott Barttelbort’s team June 2014 as the Administrative Assistant and has now moved on to become the Patient Coordinator as of August 2016. Her front office experience began at Rady Children’s Primary Care Medical Group where she worked for five years. During her time there she received the Service Excellence Award of the Year of over twenty different offices in San Diego, nominated by both management and the providers. Prior to working at Rady, Tanya worked five years as a caregiver for Alzheimer’s and geriatric patients. She is committed to creating an optimal experience for each patient and values being involved from consultation through each patient’s final post-op visit.
Kristine “Kristi” Cashman, CMA
Clinical Coordinator
Kristi is proud to have been a part of Dr. Barttelbort’s team as his Medical Assistant and Clinical Coordinator since 2007. She brings extensive experience in Dermatology and Plastic Surgery, and over the past 20 years has had the privilege of working with several nationally and internationally renowned physicians in La Jolla and Beverly Hills. She genuinely enjoys assisting Dr. B’s patients in their pre and post-op care, as well as assisting Dr. B in all other clinical procedures, and values her relationships with each and every patient. Her goal is to help every patient recover as smoothly and safely as possible, and to be available to answer any questions or concerns throughout the surgical process from the consultation to the final post-op visit. She additionally is a certified Coolsculpting® specialist, and with Dr. Barttelbort will thoughtfully assess and treat your unwanted fatty deposits to help reveal your best you. Kristi’s warmth, knowledge, and caring help each patient feel safe and comfortable.
Lorena Camarena, CMA
Administrative Assistant
Lorena is the newest member to join our team at Dr. Barttelbort’s office. Prior to joining our staff, she attended Concorde College where she achieved her Medical Assistant Diploma. Lorena is a certified Coolsculpting® specialist and brings both front and back office experience to the practice. She has worked in both women’s health and at Rady Children’s Primary Care where she held positions as a medical assistant and as a patient service representative. She enjoys facilitating our patients with their office appointments and is eager to help them with any administrative needs they may have.
Debbie Hardy
Business Coordinator
Debbie has enjoyed working with Dr. Barttelbort for over 20 years. She brings to his practice over 30 years of experience as a Business Office Representative, and patient billing and insurance claims processor. Her certifications include Pacific College of Medical Management and Business Office Bookkeeping. Debbie is happy to assist Dr. Barttelbort’s patients with any of their financial or insurance questions. She will happily go out of her way to help every patient with their billing process, and she enjoys being a wealth of knowledge for them.
